purrr~ he's sexy!! I love his pose and the look in his eyes! Totally fits the title btw, what's the colour you used for shading the shirt? It's not dark red is it? How do you know which colour should be used for shading?
Opposite colour? you mean the opposite colour in the colour wheel right? I know opposite of red is green but.. why is it when i try to shade with green it looks so messed up You do it so well ;-; what do you use to shade black clothes tho?
You use a cool color when you are shading, since the more dark something is, the less colorful it gets. For red, it is good to use either dull blue or dull purple. ^^ Oh! Sorry for answering! I just learned that at my art lessons and thought I should share >.>
I have hard times shading black. Uhhh... I think that for shades of black objects you use black, but make the highlight some blue-gray (or grayish of any color). Not so blue you can see it is blue, but just really little so it is not completly gray, so the object don't look plain. If you only use a grayscale on something it can, not always, look abit cold. Hope that made sense >.>
